we dined on her la ballade en toute confiance, with matching weeps at 90 € each. the amuse bouuché was a delightful extinct mousse, as light as a spring that began to stimulate our taste buds. followed by excellent foie gras, which were covered with a fresh and light apricot topping next to an apricot pine. the matching wine was a fragrant, sweet white from gascony, which added the dish very well. the next cure was a very slightly flavored seafood dish served with another gascony white, this time a dry marsanne with chardonnay, sauvignon and a strong hauch of sémillon. I'd like to have a little more season, but the court held good together. Unfortunately, the meat capital was a very insipid...

the outdoor area has a magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. the dining room and the terrace offer a pleasant atmosphere. we had lunch here and chose the menu du jour, which was well prepared and presented. it consisted of three cures, calftar,...lamb and dessert or cheese. in addition, the menu du jour was a good value for money. as one would expect from a fine restaurant, the wine list was comprehensive, but also favorable. the service was excellent. this restaurant is popular so I recommend to reserve a table. there is a parking space.

it is a rare restaurant that has excellent eating, brilliant service and great weine has where no fault can be found. to offer a menu for these trips, as quality and atmosphere is even less profound. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. I went to le Grand-Bornand for a ski tour with a group of friends. beautiful city and a super ski area, but I would be back, just to dine at le confins des sens. an absolute pleasure. Thank you!

Warm restaurant with mountain views. We had fine dining at its best by choosing the middle gastro set menu. although 3 courses, this doubles with the delicious amuse bouche. I had the soup of Foie gros followed by week wellington with twists to make it...special. We shall be back.

Every mouthful was superb and with amuse bouche, plus granitee between courses, the 3 courses for 44 euros, was great value. The service was excellent and the restaurant very comfortable.
