Conte's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Drove 1.5 hours for a bar style pizza that supposedly would have a crunch that would shatter my eardrums. Instead I arrived and was served a completely undercooked and raw pizza. Should I have said something and sent it back? Probably, but when I go to place I trust the people in the kitchen. The mark of greatness is consistency. As I waited over and hour, I saw a mix a beautifully cooked pies and severely undercooked pies. Unfortunately I got the ladder. Really unacceptable. I would say I?ll give it a try next time, but given the distance, I?m afraid the next time will only be just an imagination.

Conte's is a long institution in Princeton and for good reason. They do not make false claims about the oldest pizza on the earth or reference to a tomato cake for the seamanship of the undetected pizza heritage. They only make a solid cake and they've done it for a long time. The staff and bar offers are great and welcome customers new and old. The old stone house houses a pizza place that has been nostalgic for decades. It reminds of a union hall of the 50s. Conte is busy on Fridays and Saturdays, but it's worth waiting.

Conte is CLASSIC. That's real pizza. You need to know what you do when you wait through the hostess stand for someone who finally come and fyi they take your PIZZA order right immediately before sitting, so study the menu! Simple pizzas that are big and tasty, but they are flexible if you like me and want a cheeseless pizza with the works. Great ambience, a local hotspot in Princeton (a city where things sometimes feel too glamorous). This is good old classic delicious food without ruffles, only amazing cuisine.

Cream of Harvest Central and North Jersey Style Bar Cake. Was easy pricy IMHO, but in any case it keeps itself. Has the typical elements of the northeastern USA pizza, but also enough elements of a NJ bar pizza. Must try more on the menu Definitely would go again!

Top 3 best pizzas I had in my life. I was full after half the cake, but it was so good that I had to go on. The first time in my life I ate a whole pizza and boy was worth it.
