Cook Out - Reservar uma mesa

We used to really like visiting this place, especially if you wanted a quick bite to eat. But since it has been opened a while the business sure has gone down. The whole lobby was dirty from the front door to the floors, dirt grease grim trash everywhere. I know this is in a college town but it could be kept up better. The food is ok, mostly deep fried everything. The serving size of everything is tiny. I got 2 sides one of my sides was onion rings and I only got 4 tiny tiny rings.

Yall their drive thru thing broke and they have a worker just standing out here on the phone with one of the workers inside to get the orders through and they are NOT getting paid enough!! The girl outside was so sweet, the workers are just trying their best but whoever the manager is needs to give them a raise!!! I know they figured this out by themselves, props to them. Cookout I love u, pay these workers more

It was soooo good and affordable the staff was nice but ig it helps when we are the only people in there. It was incredibly clean and overall a good experience

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person did not speak and glared at us when handing over our food, then immediately slammed the window.

The staff here were excellent! Great customer service and tasty fresh food! Have been twice in my visit and will definitely be going back when in the area!!
