Cooper's Hawk Winery Brookfield

My husband was late but I opted to sit down. Sat by myself at table for >10 minutes before server came she brought me my taster snd some water. Never offered to bring any pretzel bread. Someone else brought his wine and then we sat for a long time before she came to take our order. Never said anything about specials/seasonal menu. We ordered a salad to split. They brought 2 full size salads(only charged us for one we ordered). Food was very good but server never checked to see how we were. We poured rest of our wine into the large aerator . Not great service for our anniversary celebration and fact that we’re wine club members

The fact that we had to wait an hour for the wine tasting was ridiculous. As a wine club member, I shouldn't have to stand in the cramped lobby for that length of time. You used to allow tastings to be at the table while having dinner, which was great. I'm not a fan of your new rules. No way am I standing in line for an hour again for a tasting that I supposedly already paid for. I will not renew my wine club membership when it expires.

the server was very friendly and patient so we sit and visit over a glass coopers hawk wein before we ordered. we did not feel hurried despite the very busy restaurants.

Food was amazing. Our server was incredible. Ended up buying two bottles of wine before leaving because we loved it so much.

They really made it special as we celebrated a anniversary. Our server, Becky, was attentive and thoughtful.
