Cooper’s Hawk Winery Lee’s Summit

We had six people and they smushed us into a booth. I asked them to move us and they were dishonest and told me the large tables were completely full. One table ended up with five so they could have easily fit where we didn’t. Not difficult for us to switch since that other table had not even arrived yet. Our waitress was wonderful and food was great. Not certain if we will go back especially since they blatantly lied to me.

Date night with my wife, she had the Surf and Turf, the Lobster was tempura fried, very good, the File was perfectly cooked Med. Slightly dry. I had a Breaded Chicken Cutlet, with Cherry tomatoes, and a Garlic butter sauce, with Betty potatoes, both were delicious! This has become a new go to place for us.

Food is absolutely delicious, and I love getting to try the wines before selecting so I know I'll love what I drink with my meal. Servers are attentive and knowledgeable of the food and drink options. Ambiance is great for date night.

Food was beautifully plated and delicious. Service was above average and they were busy. Writing this review after several trips all resulting in the same experience.
