Cooper's Hawk Winery Oak Lawn

my date called tar 5:30 to ask if a reservation was required and was said no, so they arrived at 7 o'clock and joined the waiting list. I arrived shortly after about 7:15. it was super crowded, but we decided to wait because it was my first time. after an hour waiting time I heard the manager say they prioritize, so I went to opentable and created a reservation for 8:15 seeing what would happen. I checked at 8:05 and at my time sat, the drunk garnel was probably the best I ate. the caesar salat was dry and had not enough dressing on it the waiter ignored our request for additional dressing. the last thing that really sent me over the edge was at 9:30 o'clock my date got a text that said our...

the food and the wine were delicious! the waiter was attentive and very nice. on the back we sat with a view of the pond one table away from the window, the tables were so tightly arranged, each time the waiter from the other table served her table, she pushed into me. Whenever someone from me sits on a table, my chair was beaten. I had to wait on the table before I left because so many people gave my table.

the food here is consistently very good, not great, but close. the service is super friendly and helpful, but a little short staff (like most places) it is a busy but funny atmosphere and good ambiente. total is the worth excellent, it is a three-star restaurant with four star food and service
