Our experience didn't quite meet our expectations. We didn't have to wait for a table, and the waiter was friendly, which was a plus. However, the food was below average. We anticipated a New Orleans-style dining experience similar to Copeland's in Atlanta, but the chicken sandwich was bland. I almost felt like I had to argue with the kitchen staff to get more sauce, which was watered down. My crab salad had a food label stuck to either the avocado or tomato, which was unappetizing. The loaded potato was dry, and the kitchen staff gave my waiter a hard time about adding the toppings that should have been included. This was our first visit to this location of Copeland’s in New Orleans, and we enjoyed it just as much as we do the one in Jacksonville, Florida. I decided to try something new tonight and ordered the Shrimp Duckey. It features a rich brown gravy sauce with shrimp served over rice, topped with finely chopped duck. I also added an extra side of rice, which isn’t shown in the picture due to the generous amount of sauce—I definitely needed more rice to soak it up! It was an outstanding dish. I visited the restaurant for dinner, unsure of what to expect since it was my first time in New Orleans. I was seated promptly, and the service was excellent. Initially, I planned to order my usual steak, but I decided to try something different, and I’m glad I did—it was delicious! I began with a soup that featured corn and crab meat in a bisque sauce. It was very good, although I felt there might have been a bit too much corn. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it was great all around!

The Chicken Parmesan consistently impresses with its delicious flavors and perfectly cooked chicken. The Penthouse Salad was also delightful, packed with a variety of ingredients, and the remoulade dressing provided a refreshing twist from my usual blue cheese. Although it was a small salad, it was generous enough to serve two as a side dish. To top it all off, the creole-style cheesecake with a bananas foster topping and an incredible crust was the perfect way to end the meal. Reserve uma mesa agora

The fried chicken here is the best I’ve ever tasted. I think malt vinegar would have been a fantastic addition to the fries. The carrot cake was incredibly moist and surpassed my expectations. Absolutely delicious!

I thoroughly enjoyed the fried chicken; it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Their **** mary (not shown in the photo) was also incredible. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Portion size was absolutely horrendous. $16.00 for 10 Fried Bow Tie Pastas and a sloppy spinach and artichoke dip. Copeland's used to be better than this. What a shame.

The ribeye was great but the buffalo rolls and baked potato definitely could have been better or it could be me not able to enjoy the foods I once did Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was excellent and well-packaged. I would have appreciated some sour cream for the potato, but overall, it was a great meal.

The food, cocktails, dessert, and service were all excellent. I will definitely be returning for more! Highly recommended!
