Corazon Taste Of Mexico

Being that I am from Hawaii, and we have really bad Mexican food, I thought I'd try this place out. First off, join the loyalty program before you come! You won't regret it! I would normally have gotten the fajitas, but I was feeling pretty full from earlier, so I got the Ahi Aguachiles, ahi tuna topped with a mild cucumber-cilantro sauce, purple onions, Hass avocado, fresh jalapeno wheels and nori strips. My buddy got the tacos. I should have gotten the tacos because the ahi was a little too spicy for me. If you can't handle hot be careful. Tried out this restaurant because it was on Yelp's Top 100 List. It did not disappoint. Located in a very convenient location in downtown Brea and parking was easy in parking structure across the street. Restaurant had great ambiance and a very modern feel. Menu was expansive and variety was good. Our waiter Pedro was awesome and took the time to answer all our questions regarding the menu and made some great recommendations. Food was very good and service was excellent. Manager came by a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. Really enjoyed this restaurant and will bring more friends next time for more good eats.

This is my first review on any food place in a LONG time because honestly too lazy to write a review. BUUUT this place was awesome. Our waiter Pedro was on top of it. Very attentive, we never had an empty glass. He recommended excellent drinks was very thorough with explaining some menu items since it was our first time. my husband had the al pastor tacos and i had the la burger and it was delicious. We shared both and both were beyond expectation. Very flavorful. The environment was nice with dim lighting and good music. It was a great date night. Im excited for our next visit.

The food and service was amazing. I had the trio enchiladas which were perfection and my gal loved her sea bass tacos. They have this really cool margarita flight of four different types of Margaritas and all 4 were delicious. Our waiter Chris was simply the best. He was attentive, funny and very accommodating. Best service my gal and I have had in quite some time! Can't wait to go back. Highly recommended!!!!!

Great food! All 4 of us loved the food. Beer is good. Deser is WOW! The service from our server Pedro was just the best! Definitely ask for Pedro.
