Core3brewery - Reservar uma mesa

I’m extremely impressed by this brewery each and every time that I return. The ambiance and atmosphere is the first thing that amazes me but beyond that, the beer and service is fantastic! I have been to many breweries and I have to say this one takes the cake! Today I got a peanut butter porter that had a peanut butter chocolate chip rim! Another beer had a candy cane rim with white truffle oil inside! What gets better than that?! You can tell the owner is passionate about what he does and puts a lot of care and attention into the establishment. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Nice location with indoor-outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Unfortunately I could not find a good beer among those in the flight that I ordered. Standard Pilsner and Stout selections were just off or packed any robust flavor, olfactory sense, all with flat finishes. I stopped in on NYE after work for a quick beer. After the final song, the guitarist from the music duo walked around the bar wearing a bucket around his neck. Suspended by a rope with a sign that read TIPS. I left before he made it to my side of the bar.

This is a nice brewery in SJ. We have some tough competition here so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. The beers are good, but they usually tend to have a darker selection every time I go. Which is great for some people I'm just more of a light and or sour girl! I really like the ambiance inside and out, we've sat in both areas. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is fantastic. If I didn't like a beer it's only because I don't like that particular style, the beer was still well done. This place doesn't disappoint. In summary, cool place, very nice people, awesome beer.

Great little micro brew. Inside an old garage with a nice homey feel to it. Nice variety of beers to choose from and my bartender was nice. Only downside is that there are no TVs. Reasonable prices.
