Despite all the covid restrictions mask wearing not being allowed to eat in etc Nick and his team continue to supply the very best fish and chips in the area .Well cooked ,batter to die for, lovely fish, chips perfect and crispy well wrapped so stay hot .I reviewed the chippy 5 years ago and the Corner Cafe goes from strength to strength .The prices are fair the staff are a credit to Nick and his Family So if you really want true value for money give em a try you wont be disappointed.Thanks.

We decided to stop by and get some fish and chips, along with a side of curry sauce. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly. The cafe was busy, which was a great sign, and it didn't take long for us to understand why! The food was fantastic and we plan on coming back often. Reasonably priced, large portions, and delicious dishes. Thank you so much.

We have been trying to purchase bread from this restaurant for some time, but the quality is inconsistent. Sometimes the loaves are under baked, while other times they are under proofed. This results in crumbly bread that does not make for good sandwiches. Additionally, there have been occasions when our orders were ignored or forgotten.

What a lovely experience. Thanks Nick and the team. We arrived after closing time but they opened the door and cooked our food from fresh. Lovely food. Great portions and great value. Couldn’t ask for a better meal. Thanks to the Kings Arms for letting us eat our food while having a pint. Thanks so much Reserve uma mesa agora

We just had a granary egg mayonnaise roll, tuna and salad sandwich drinks. Lovely and fresh, waitress was very helpful when I requested a window to be opened and very good value too! Will be back when passing through thank you!

The owner makes an extra effort to make me feel the a valued customer and it is always a pleasure to visit for our weekly take away treat. The food and service is excellent. Thank you all the staff.

Sometimes it varies here for fish and chips, but for a long time now they have been very good. Recommended
