Costa Coffe - Reservar uma mesa

Abysmal service. Came in to this branch yesterday to use my Vodafone Veryme voucher and for some reason once the QR code scanned a message appeared on the till stating my card had failed and to contact customer service. The Barista behind the till was abrasive, curt and didn’t appear to want to help in any way. When I came back to make a second attempt she was even more hostile and accusatory. As a local resident I should have known better and decided to go to Coffee Couch round the corner.

They don't handle high volumes very well, which they should expect at a venue like the O2. The baristas stood and watched while the queue built up and the team on the till ended up running around, taking orders, heating and plating food, clearing up. All the while, the baristas did nothing as orders dried up while the till team did everything else.

Coffee was made with care, polite service and even though I took my order to go, it had good friendly vibes here. Came on a Saturday afternoon

nice enough friendly staff although the Hot milk shake was cold.
