Costa Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

I visited on Thursday evening, and I must say, the young lady who served us was outstanding! She is a true asset to Costa. I encountered an issue with the lid on my drink cup, but the staff addressed it right away and could not have been more helpful. The young man who served us had excellent customer service skills and a great sense of humor, which made the experience even better. This level of service is unfortunately lacking in many other places. It was clear that the female manager was dedicated to maintaining high standards, as she was actively involved in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Keep up this exceptional level of customer support!

The food was delicious, and the café took great care in adhering to COVID safety measures. It was clean and sanitary, and the staff were diligent in their cleaning duties throughout my visit. I was impressed by their commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
