The service is excellent, as the staff is always well-trained and courteous. They offer good options for vegan and lactose-intolerant diners. Personally, I don't eat here often because I prefer a wider selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes.

good morning, I met my cousin in ely on the 10th mai. we met in the cathedrale and went to costa for drinks and I had a birthday voucher to use. we had planned to meet somewhere, but the cafe is closed on Monday and Tuesday. so we enjoyed our coffee and cake before we go to the riverside. a beautiful and lively cafe. large enough for busy times. friendly staff and quality. exactly what they expect from costa.

beautiful please many tables to sit clean, which is very important but waiting for their order it is a little slow, I think all cafeterias should promote the staff that earn more 10p per coffee on the top or similar idea. they will sell more coffee and the warkers will earn more

Fast service and always friendly, no complaints really. It does get quite busy there but it's in he heart of the market so not surprising.
