Costa Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

Coffee eats pleasant enough, service fine too but this venue REALLY could do with many of the seats receiving a decent shampooing (filthy sofas and some single chair cushions see photo), and equally disgusting floor in parts there was actually a whole pile of cracker type biscuits under the rear of the sofa in question and I'd be very willing to bet that they'd been there MUCH longer than a day... Shame, as what could be a smart venue let down by what simply appeared to be insufficient cleaning.

I typically don't write reviews for coffee shops, but I have to give a shout out to the friendly and helpful lady who served us on Monday, August 23rd at the coffee shop in Emsworth. She seemed to really enjoy her job, and it made our visit more enjoyable. Unlike our experiences at other Costa locations, this one stood out for its excellent service. Thank you to the unnamed barista for making our day!

The staff were very friendly. After a long walk around Thorney Island, we enjoyed our treats at the coffee shop. The atmosphere was pleasant and there were plenty of comfortable seats where you didn't feel crowded by others. I was surprised by the significant increase in prices since my last visit to Costa.

A pleasure to sit and chat and enjoy good coffee. More gluten free options would be nice especially in sandwiches etc. Love their Christmas mince pies and fruit cake.

Visited here a few times and always have a challenge getting my order. There are usually several kids hanging around making me feel uncomfortable.
