Costa Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

My personal experience in this particular coffee shop wasn't the best, I must admit. I was in there ages waiting to be served. I'd been walking about in the dark for over an hour looking for Sainsbury's Superstore and saw this Costa, which I can't remember visiting before. Anyway, when they eventually served me I told them I'd been waiting for ages, (I'm a pleasant pensioner remember, with a stick) all they said to me was The queue is the other side How was I to know that?! Disorientated and thirsty, I ordered my coffee cake.
