Went in with my grandfather to celebrate Father’s Day on Monday 19th and I can confidently say one of the worst visits to a coffee shop we have ever had, waking in the atmosphere was nothing, the staff could have made up for the lack of entrance atmosphere, but after waiting to be served we had someone that was serving us while in the middle of her conversation with the other 2 members of staff on the counter, to us it felt like they didn’t want our trade. Even while going to the toilet I could tell nobody really wanted to be here the toilets where disgusting and it showed the lack of caring for their customers. just visited this load today after it was completed renovation work that made this load so modern and intelligent look. the new digital displays facilitate the availability of drinks. really nice cappupico and very friendly and helpful staff :

the employees are all so beautiful and polite, even the one wise system is good for kovid. there are all drinks so good and many different options. many sitting opportunities if they want to sit in, otherwise they have gone xx

Have been here on many occasions, but sadly, this time, Large White Hot Chocolate tasted like hot milk. Will be asking for sufficient syrup next time so I can actually taste it as White Hot Chocolate.

really nice coffee shop, right in the middle of the city with helpful and friendly staff. good coffee and a whole series of sandwiches
