Costa Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

My Mum and I went in for a coffee and quick lunch thankfully we chose toasties all wrapped up as when we were waiting to pay we could see flies all over the small cakes!! This put us off ever going again i should have told the staff while in there but there was a queue so i have sent an email to the appropiate people as this cant be a one off judging by the flies on there! This place needs a deep clean and upgrade obviously to sort this out. yuk check the cakes people! or anything left in the open!

many of the caffes near after lunch and that was one of the only places still open tp get a hot drink bridge the gap from late afternoon to dinner. when we were there at 4.30 a.m. many of the cakes were gone, but they had still vegan ham and cheese. I decided to have a vegan chai tee latte with milk that was beautiful. friendly staff, no last of vegan options when I visited and they are also aware of what products are 100% vegan and are advised in the location.

I popped in unsure of what to get, But Thomas was there ready to put some surety into my mind. It was only a takeaway but the short exchange I had was enough to compel me to write a review. Thomas made an excellent coffee but what made it worth it was the funny and engaging conversation he brought. Costa may have to be my new coffee stop in Broadstairs.

I would usually give this Costa a 5/5 as it is usually amazing, but wasn't impressed on this visit as there was flys on the cakes, the tables were dirty and had flys on them. The staff were awkward on the visit.

does the job. could do with some love and attention, staff are quite cheery but there is no warmth to the place
