AMAZING dinner. Starter even of Ravioli truffle was the best dish I ate on my 5 week France trip. Then fab steak. Outstanding special place. Check out this restaurant! It’s definitely under-reviewed imho. Also. Great atmosphere (we had terrace table and the French lady in charge couldn’t have been better (took pic for us even tho she was busy … Not open every night. Definitely book.

We enjoyed a fantastic plat de jour lunch experience here on a Thursday (restaurant opens Thursday to Sunday). We did manage to pop in Wednesday to reserve a table on the terrace. Amazing terrace on the river, friendly lady owner delicious food. Truffle ravioli, duck in mortel sauce assorted cheese with a great bottle of red. A must dine experience if you can grab a table.

Fabulous homely restaurant in a marvellous riverside setting. 10 of us booked for lunch and had a wonderful meal with attentive, prompt and friendly service which was excellent value of money.

This restaurant is in my top 5. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing! If you visit Brantome do not miss the opportunity to dine here you will not be disappointed.

Very nice setting. Short menu with different options fish and meat. Some tradional from Perigord but not only. Very nice new owner. Highly recommended. Booking needed
