Country Pancake House

I was so happy when I was able to enjoy breakfast here yesterday. Coming on a Saturday morning at 10:30 is not easy, so I thought I would have to pick up a coffee and muffin at Whole Foods instead. (Not bad, by the way... I was really excited to just wait a few short minutes inside, not less before sitting. The pancakes are sooooo good! I have almost always #90 (the strawberries and chocolate chips, and a short stack (2). Treat yourself to a regular stack (4, because they heat very nicely in the oven. I have breakfast for days! No one, in the state of NJ can make the de-caff and regular coffee like Country Pancake House. I have visited this site in Ridgewood NJ in the last two decades with friends, solo, business and family. The service and quality of food has not changed. I would highly recommend this beautiful location. The portions are exceptionally generous and the service is polite and decent. My main advantage is the beautifully roasted de-caff coffee, which is the best and tastes like coffee and not any medicine.

Food was excellent and for a good price. Try to wait a little there early, but it's worth it. Make sure the oversized pancakes!!
