Good meat but a pity taste of smoke, cooked with flame. Cooking should be preferred at the plancha (a mere sheet) for this kind of meat. I also regret that the parsley butter sauce is gone.

I spent time in front of the N7 after Montargis to Briare. On Saturday night I was hungry I stopped around 22:00 knowing that I no longer eat beef
