In Berlin gibt es jede Menge Restaurants, in denen man guten Humus essen kann. Aber das hier ist etwas besonderes. Der Humus schmeckt hier fantastisch. Woran das liegt? Der Besitzer macht ihn täglich frisch und nicht aus Kichererbsen aus der Dose oder aus dem Glas, sondern selbst gekocht... er weicht ihn über Nacht ein, so wie es richtig ist für Hülsenfrüchte erst danach wird er gekocht. Ohne Zusätze, ohne Hilfsmittel und natürlich ohne Carbonat. Carbonat ist ein Hilfsmittel, das die Kochzeit verkürzt. Der Besitzer legt großen Wert darauf, zu betonen, dass er das nicht tut. a friend of mine and I were looking for a quick bite. determined to enter this tiny corner. the service was fast and efficient. the Casablanca-Couscous was simply the best I ever had in years. the only reason I don't give this wonderful place. a 5 stars is the size. it's a little small. cozy, safe, beautiful decoration, but quite limited. I will definitely return.
