Cousins Subs - Reservar mesa

Me and my Dad went here for a late lunch. I have ordered delivery from this location but I had never dined in. The food was good and the location was clean. The customer service was incredible! The cook made my Dad's sandwich wrong but corrected his mistake before sending our food to our table. He came over as we were eating, inquired how we were enjoying our meal and then asked if we wanted the sandwich that he originally made incorrectly, free of charge!

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. They should consider hiring staff who are motivated to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. All of the young adults working were just standing at the register, completely ignoring me. I felt so unwelcome that I ended up leaving and going across the street to eat at Cheba-Hut. The restaurant really needs to hire individuals who will represent their company in a more professional manner.

We had catering from this Cousins location for an event for our students. This was the first time we ever used cousins to cater for a university event. The process for ordering and receiving our invoice was very smooth. We had no issues. Tyron, the general manager, was very well organized and very kind. Our order was ready to go on time, and all of our students loved the sandwiches. Will definitely consider them again for catering.

Friendly staff and great service, my favorite double meat cheese steak. I had trouble getting my discount on the app, I was so tired from working, the manager adjusted it no problem. I thought this place used to be right on the corner, must have moved a couple doors North. For me cousins beats subway, the bread is excellent. Cousins fries are the best too and the push button soda machine is great! Many flavors. Reserve uma mesa agora

I visited the restaurant to order a regular sub and inquired about upgrading to a meal. The guy at the front told me it would cost an additional $4. I declined the offer, to which he responded by jokingly calling me cheap. Even though his attempt to upsell didn't work, I have to admire his hustle. As a bonus, they also gave me free fries.

Worst experience with cousins I’ve had! My subs contents were all smooshed together and unevenly made. One side was chicken and the other was veggies and Mayo. I asked for a coke and I got a Diet Coke and my cheese curds never showed up. Definitely will never be going to this location again.

Call in order that was ready when I got there except the shake needed to be made which I prefer to have freshly made. The sandwich was well assembled and the portion was just enough to fill me up. This is my favorite sub sandwich chain and has been for 40 years.

The food here is one of the best out of the local cousins. The atmosphere is always welcoming, but sometimes can get a but weird from some random people walking in, but the workers all handle things politely and responsibly. Reserve uma mesa agora

The restaurant is consistently unclean, and one of the employees making sandwiches (a young Black male) was not wearing a hair net or head covering, despite having a wild and untidy hairstyle while handling food.

I'm a college student and I go here almost every day. The workers are very nice and food is done consistent and good every day. Great place all around
