What is not to like... you go to a smile and a hello. It's gonna be better. The pork bark Nachos are an art work and maybe my meal will go forward!! The Brisket, I am a Texan and have smoked my own bride for years and not a big fan of everyone else, but that was amazing. the bark was crispy and not to season. The Brisket had a perfect disguise. Enough fat to supplement taste, but not a plate of thin dry meat. Kudos to the pit master. Fried okra was most likely frozen, but who took care of it... Now the sausage.... It finally made Wing Wednesday. Some of the best wings I've ever had. You smoke the wings and then flash freeze before you rub in your favorite sauce or dry. The smoke gives the meat layers of the taste you just don't get anywhere else!!

Great BBQ and a great selection of beer on tap. The ribs and rib candy are especially good. Also, try the pork rind nachos!
