What is not to like... you go to a smile and a hello. It's gonna be better. The pork bark Nachos are an art work and maybe my meal will go forward!! The Brisket, I am a Texan and have smoked my own bride for years and not a big fan of everyone else, but that was amazing. the bark was crispy and not to season. The Brisket had a perfect disguise. Enough fat to supplement taste, but not a plate of thin dry meat. Kudos to the pit master. Fried okra was most likely frozen, but who took care of it... Now the sausage....
