Food: The steak was subpar. It was not nearly seasoned enough nor was it cooked to the requested level. The mashed potatoes were watery and the broccoli was unseasoned. My wife did throughly enjoy the scallops and the dessert was pretty good. Service: We sat outside which based on the service was a mistake. Our drinks arrived 20 minutes after we ordered them, and it took upwards of 30 minutes to get the check. Atmosphere: It’s a nice looking and clean place.

I dined alone at the bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to treat myself to a good steak and they didn't disappoint. The 14 ounce ribeye was one of the best I've ever had. It's not a bargain kind of place but the meal and drinks were worth the $100. I couldn't finish the steak so I'm going to have an excellent snack tomorrow.

We were seated at a table where the sun glared into my wife’s eyes. When we mentioned it to the management, no accommodation was provided. We should have left. It was a special night in that we were celebrating our 23rd anniversary. I didn’t want to spoil the night, so I swapped places with my wife and made the best of it.

We love Cowboy star! It’s one of our very favorite places in town, both for happy hour, and also for a big fancy foodie dinner. The service is always impeccable, never snooty. We’ve ordered great wine and the somm was kind, and we’ve snuck in 2 mins before happy hour ends and they’ve been warm and accommodating. Reserve uma mesa agora

Date night at Cowboy star. Everyone is so friendly, and efficient at what they do. We had a corn soup for an Appetizer, my wife had the halibut and I had the Aged Ribeye. Food was excellent, service was excellent. Another great night at Cowboy Star!

Update 9/7/24: STILL the BEST steak house in Colorado. This is my favorite steak house in America. Period. Service is the best around, and the steaks are outstanding. Words cannot express the positive experience.
