Cowboys Bbq Steak Co.

Mediocre food and service. They act like a small restaurant that has grown too quickly and not yet figured out how to be customer centered in everything they do. We visited on 04/04/18 and Google showed a 10pm close but they apparently close at 9pm. We couldn 't verify that since they don 't have their hours posted anywhere on the outside of the building we could find. We stood at the reception desk for 4 minutes before someone showed up and was going to seat the couple that came in after us. They politely declined and said that we were there first. He led us to a table near the bar without asking if we wanted that or the dining room which had plenty of tables , dropped 2 menus on the table...

Food is generally good. New salad bar is great. Prices are good. Service is bad. Half our neighborhood use to go every Tuesday night for wings. Over the last 3 months service has gotten so bad we rarely go anymore. Six of us tried it again tonight. It just reinforced that it will be a long time before we go back. No drink refills had to get my own. Had to ask for the soup that came with my meal 5 times then it wasn't worth eating. We've spend 30 minutes just trying to by the bill. You'd better have all evening to spend to eat there anymore. The waitress are trying but they are under staffed, inexperienced, and handicapped by the technology they are given.

I would like to follow up on my review from last night. I decided to give it another try because I know it was not the bartender's fault as to what transpired and I remembered her telling me about their wing night. Well I will say my second experience was absolutely fantastic the wings were great and the staff exceeded my expectations. My server/bartender was a pleasant woman named Karina who was more than happy to make sure my experience was great I would truly recommend to anyone to give this place a try. I am only in town for a week but I am looking forward to the fish fry tomorrow night. Keep up the good work.

I was craving a steak and decided to stop in at Cowboys to try their food. It was decent for the price but nothing to write home about. Baked potato came out a bit salty and the ribeye (ordered medium) came out medium rare on the inside and char burnt on the outside. I'll probably try somewhere else next time I'm traveling through the area.

the best chicken wings I've had for a long time. visited on Tuesday and enjoyed 50 cent beer and 50 cent chicken wing. four different taste wings were tested and all were brilliant as the service. in any case will return.
