Cowfish had long been on my list of must visit restaurants, and I finally had the chance to do so after our summer trip to the Hamptons. The allure of this place was undeniable, and I had high hopes for an exceptional dining experience. As soon as we arrived, the ambiance captured my attention. The seating right by the water was nothing short of impeccable. We had the privilege of witnessing a breathtaking sunset as we sipped on our drinks, and it added a beautiful touch to our evening.
