Cq's - Reservar uma mesa

Always a very quiet, intimate dining experience. Have visited many times....limited, but, varied menu. Great cocktails and wine list. Only disappointment this time was no recognition of date's birthday. Highlighted it on reservation...generally, some birthday treat at conclusion of dinner....not sure who dropped the ball, but, disappointed.

We usually come to Hilton Head once a year, but never tried CQ's. It's one of our top picks now. The old house has beautiful wood that only got better with time. Ava, our server, was excellent... friendly attentive, without floating. We ate all different fish options and we were all satisfied. The best crab soup we've ever had!

She crab soup and fried green tomatoes were excellent . Main courses: grilled shrimp very good but spinach was a little bitter. The accompanied polenta cake was great as well as the Tasso ham. The one disappointment was my Corvina fish. It was a thin piece and overcooked and dry. Service and atmosphere was top notch.

This is a great local restaurant in Harbourtown. The food was fresh and well prepared. We had the wedge salad, cucumber soup special, chicken and wild shrimp. Dessert was blueberry cobbler and ice cream. A touch on the expensive side even for Hilton Head but nice ambience and solid wait staff.

The best food we had in Hilton Head this trip. The fried green tomatoes were the best ever! The crab bisque was nice. And we loved the shrimp with polenta entree! The key lime pie was fabulous. Love the ambiance of the historic restaurant. It has stood the test of time due to reliability!
