Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

order our food online, quite simply process. we ordered three meal times with one have a commentary “Special Request” . the order was picked up at 19:15. I came to get my order right around 7:15, was said it wasn't ready yet. I went to the gift shop and tried to stay out of the other customers. I went back to the counter 15 minutes later to see my order on the regal. I asked if I could have my order and go home immediately. unfortunately the steak dinner was boiled over, we ordered medium rare. did not get the salat dressing for our salat, the “special requirement” for extra ranch was not in our pocket and all three dinners were room temperature. we thought today of cracker barrel was a late breakfast. my vulture and was good and as expected. the large sat too long in the dish and developed some solid pieces. the spicy and cookies were good. the ugly fried steak of my wife was a great disappointment. the gravitation was the same as served with my cookie. spices, not traditional white engraving. the flesh was not steak, but hamburger meat. the name of the teller mislead us to believe that the steak should be, not hamburger. this with the sausage gravy made for a very bad plate. I would recommend cracker barrel, but keep them on very clear selections that are hard to screw.

Our wait was even shorter than we were told it would be and the food met our expectations. I would also add that our waitress was very good. What I cannot understand though is how on a Sunday at noon you are out of “fried chicken, chicken strips AND chicken and dumplings”?! How does that even happen? Also when we were ready for desert they had NONE. No Coca Cola cake nor peach cobbler which was all that was on the Sunday Menu. Luckily we snagged a Hershey Bar in the gift shop to satisfy that craving. I love Cracker Barrel, but I will not be back to this particular one.

the server was very attentive and polite. Eier were slightly cool and the French toast had no taste. the sirup had also not tasted, everything I could taste was sweet. her thick cut speck was more like standard cut. the price was out of need.
