Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Super disappointed, it became a 2 hour ordeal that shouldn’t have been. We got sat in 15 minutes, but our food took almost an hour to receive. Our waiter was great but he was over sat. The manager was more concerned with seating people than helping his own employees. I love Cracker Barrel but this was the worst management ever. His responses were just as bad, he said he checked our ticket and that well you got your food in 45 minutes, I’m sorry that is unacceptable! Again our server was great just had him waiting tables at both ends of the restaurant! Who manages like that! Visited on Sunday, March 27, 2022.

Oh, my, where to begin. waiting was about 15 minutes not bad. we sat about 15 minutes before someone picked up our order. then we all ordered our food and we got our food well 1 hour and 15 minutes later. if the waiter had just come by and told us that it would take a while or that the kitchen would be maintained. but he wasn't missing 30 minutes or more. Finally, a friend of our table had to go to the kitchen and ask for our food. eating was good when we got it, but we were really not interested anymore. we had two of our grandchildren with us. for the happiness they were very patient.

My husband and I love cracker barrel. We chose to dine there for our Valentine’s Day meal today. However, it was a horrible experience all around. There was no hostess around to seat us for a lengthy period of time. Finally get seated, to receive such horrible service from the waitor. We then was provided old food that was rock hard. We will not be dining at this location again especially for a special occasion! The restaurant was not even busy.
