Craft House Pizza Jtown

Craft House charges $1.88 for extra sauce on a small pizza. I don't know of any other pizza place that charges for extra sauce; $1.88 is excessive even if they actually put extra sauce on the pizza, but when I've paid extra and there's still not enough sauce, it makes me wish I'd ordered from Parlour.

I was only the third customer of the day. Was told pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there and they hadn't even put them into the oven yet. Things like this are why I don't like tipping upfront as I ordered online. Lesson learned!! They were courteous enough to refund tip.

This place is forcing employees to get good reviews or they will fire them. Terrible company.

The pizza is no better then a frozen pizza. Louisville does not have a decent pizza. Sad
