Craft Pies Pizza Company Ennis

Came in at 5pm on a Sunday after ordering online. The girls there didn’t change gloves between orders. They didn’t make my salad. The girl that made my salad had made an order while holding her cell phone with her gloved hands. Then put her cell phone up and made my order wearing the same gloves, getting stuff out of the fridge twice, and brushing stuff off the counter with her gloves hands. Never changed them. I left and threw it in the trash. Terrible slow service for an empty restaurant. Looks like a really neat place to eat if the staff were sanitary and worked like they had two hands.

Today, I tried this restaurant for the first time and I found the food to be delicious but a bit pricey. It is a nice place to relax and enjoy your meal. The waitstaff was friendly and the entire restaurant was very clean. In fact, this might be the best pizza I have ever had, since they offer unlimited toppings. We tried all the different types of meat and several cooked toppings, which were served promptly on a super thin and crispy crust. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience and we plan to visit again soon.

Phenomenal pizza joint! The staff was very helpful and kind. It was our first time in to order. We enjoyed the whole process of picking what we wanted on each of our pies. My wife went with the smaller 7 crust and basically made a meat lovers. Ouryoungest got pepperoni on the regular size crust and I got the Caribbean BBQ pizza. Mine was so good that the youngest beggedme got a couple slices! If you haven't stopped in to sample what they can make, you're missing out!! Stop by and give them atry!

I'm doing well, but last night was a fantastic experience. It's not often that you receive great customer service from a young person, but this young man named Brian was very attentive. He quickly offered to carry my drinks and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He was professional and friendly. Keep up the good work, Brian - you're destined for great things. While eating my burnt thin crust alfredo pizza, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of the food has decreased. The thin crust should not be baked for the same length or temperature as a regular crust. In my first review, I mentioned that everything about this place was outstanding, but today's experience with the pizza was disappointing.

Craft Pies is by far the best pizza we have ever tasted. Their outstanding quality has eliminated the need for us to make homemade dough and pizza. The exceptional service and helpfulness of the staff make every visit a delight. We order takeout from Craft Pies 3 to 4 times a month and wish we could do it even more frequently.

The pizza at this restaurant was tasty and can be customized to suit your preferences with a variety of toppings to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the spicy marinara sauce. The employees were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be returning soon. My daughter keeps asking me to go back to Craft Pie Pizza.
