Finally tried the viral savory muffin, and the hype is real.The Rebel Within was simply delicious. It was a little salty at first because it was the first thing I ate all day, but after my tastebuds adjusted it was definitely a delight. They also have a vegetarian version with a falafel in the middle, I’m interested to try this one next time.Also enjoyed a Morning Bun. Flaky creamy and sweet! I loved it. Next time I’m in SF I’ll be sure to grab some of these.

We had the chocolate croissant, an oolong French style pastry, an iced mocha, and a black tonic. The pastries were good but I didn't feel worth the price- the one pictured below was $14 iirc. The drinks were not good. Overall, beautiful foods but not worth going back for me personally, although I didn't try their most well known pastry (the rebel within.

Definitely ask for your the rebel within warmed perfect ooze with blended savory muffin. Also tried their croissant with ham inside and pistachio cover. A good croissant but I figure it’s better just have the croissant fully savory or fully sweet. Dulce de leche latte is very sweet.

The rebel within pastry was the main attraction for us and it tasted good. Latte was good too I'm very particular my latte and I liked it here. We also tried a bread pudding and a chocolate croissant all tasted good and fresh.

This place is a must visit. From the delicious coffees, to baked goods, of course the runny egg inside the muffin thingy. Really a great spot in SF.
