Crepes Waffles Viva

I ordered the new gluten free vegan crepe option Sombrero Voltiao with tofu sauce, avocado, pico de gallo, orellana mushrooms and cooked banana. The tofu sauce, being mild in flavor, helps in eating the main part of the dish which in my personal opinion has a very strong flavor. I suggest making it with a milder flavor so you can enjoy it more. The other dish is a red fruit waffle with vanilla ice cream. It was very good. Vegetarian options: They have many varieties of vegetarian dishes. Dietary restrictions: They have vegan and gluten free options.
