amazing all raw vegan restaurant owners, gorgos, is an extremely friendly, easy-going man, the layout of the place is simple/small and the raw vegan nachos that I had gave amazing! I also tested the quiche and the lasagne, but I wasn't too fond of them and they were very heavy/fatty. Of course, the dishes are expensive, comes with the territorium recommended! P.S.: gorgos, I accidentally pronounced your name as gordo on severity. I didn't want to. (my interspanic gave me the better if I visit madrid again in the future, I will definitely come back!
It was the first experience with the raw vegan cuisine for a couple of friends, so we took all the suggestions from the nice owner. We had four (r)awesome dishes to share and then a raw tiramisu for dessert, whose recipe is really hard to beat. Price was really fair but a couple of dishes were a little scarce.
