This is the absolute worst crumbl cookie I've ever been to. If you look on my account I'm in there every other week. So today since I was in Lexington (I live in Corbin) thought I'll just get my cookies here instead Richmond. BIG MISTAKE. I should have know there was issues when you had all these people standing around counter with their boxes of cookies. Well come to find out they had to come in twice to get their order corrected said this one lady. The other lady was trying to get the girls attention to get her order fixed and they ignored her. The cookies were delicious as always, but the atmosphere was very unwelcoming. I needed help working the kiosk to order and none of the employees were willing to help me. They literally stood there watching me struggle while I asked for someone to assist me. Finally, a young guy came and told me I needed to switch to another machine. The entire vibe of the business was very unwelcoming but only because of the employees. I enjoy going in to a business where I feel welcomed and the employees are friendly. If you do as well, I wouldn't expect that from the Lexington Hamburg Crumbl Cookie because you will be highly disappointed as was I.

There was not enough caramel and chocolate on the Twix cookie, the sugar cookie was smaller than what it should be and had a very thin layer of frosting. The oreo birthday cake cookie did not have a swirl, and the frosting looks like it was just thrown in there. The only cookie that looked good was the confetti cake. In addition, there was no sticker on my box for my doordash order. As a former employee of Crumbl, I am very disappointed with this location as I know how the cookies should look and that every doordash order should have a sticker on it. Unsure if I would go here again.

Cookies can be good WHEN they are not sold out. Customer service is ALWAYS trash when i come Here and the over whelming amount of people makes it 10x worse … i love the cookie but for the price we pay the customer and experience could be a lot better
