My wife and I decided to take a short stop over in Metz, on our way to Brussels. We decided to take an early dinner at Cultur Cuisine. Well, we were unimpressed. Our aperitif’s of champagne were room temperature. After requesting 2 new colder glasses. We were told that the fridge was 3 degrees, and new glasses of champagne would be the same. We were offered ice! My wife chose tuna, which was minuscule, but was cooked well. I chose the entrecôte steak, which was far too fatty. We also had a side ‘Greek Salad’, which consisted of olives, feta and water melon! Basically not a Greek salad. My wife and I have been regular visitors to Metz over the past 10 years, and I must say this restaurant is...
