Culver’s - Reservar uma mesa

Twice we've ordered concrete shakes, flavor of the day, through the drive-thru. Twice we've been directed to pull up and park in the waiting line. Twice we've watched every car in front of us pull away after receiving their orders, and the people who've come after us. At least 20 minutes, possibly longer. The first time we got lost in their system and the second time their ice cream machine froze up and quit working. Both unfortunate circumstances. Went to Culver’s tonight (8:40 on a Sunday) and waited 30 minutes for one concrete mixer. We watched everyone else get their food. Decided to go inside and there was our melted concrete mixer on the counter. Wouldn’t really care, but this is the second time that this has happened to us. Why tell us to pull around the corner if you’re just going to forget about us? I love Culver’s and the food here is always good, but we will be driving to the Sugar Grove location from now on due to the service at this location. Luckily they made us a brand new concrete mixer and gave us a free meal, but I’d rather drive to a different location from now on.

Three weeks ago I ordered a fish dinner with extra tarter sauce to go. I get home and no tarter sauce. My next visit I ordered a chilie with onions and cheese, get home. No onions or cheese.i ordered two Butterburgers with cheese the cheese was not melted and the burgers were for sure not made to order. Seemed like they were made ahead of time. Done with the Yorkville Culver's

Waited 15 mins in drive thru. Served everyone before and after me. Had to call to get order. Ordered 1 item..ice cream. They did apologize and give a coupon for future visit.
