Culver's - Reservar uma mesa

I went into this situation a few nights ago, about 45 minutes before closing. After ordering and waiting a few minutes I was told that the grill was broken and would be repaired tomorrow, but will not work for the night. The staff was extremely apologetic, offered a refund and replacement for the burgers they could not make and they topped it with a meal voucher. With just a few minutes before closing and a line full of people, the employees have treated the situation FLAWLESSLY. The real worries, generous apology and strong working ethics, so close to the end of a shift, will let me come back. Well done. I highly recommend this place.

Enter this review 4 because the food was ok HOWEVER. ..expected in the drive thru and the line was not moved (it was 100 degrees out and gas is not cheap to keep the car running) so I went inside thinking it would be faster. Orders and stood there for almost 20 minutes, while online orders and drive thru orders go out b4 I asked how much longer it would be. They had packed a part of the order, threw the rest in the bag and I took my half warm food home!

Been going here a lot recently. A notch better than the more common burger places out there, tastes more like real food. Great options like fried fish, chili, roast beef sandwich, and epic cheese curds. Great customization options and haven't had a wrong order in last dozen or so I've placed. Fast, friendly staff, too.

Love her cod sandwich and I really like to make my frits crispy when asked. Everything made to order, so it is fresh and hot.
