Culver's - Reservar uma mesa

This is my 3rd time ordering for curbside. Everytime i sit there for 15+ minutes then i go in for my order and its sitting there on the counter getting cold. I complained online last time and noone contacted me. Today when i went in after 15 minutes i asked the worker what is the point of cubside if i have to go in amd she said well most people would come in to get it. What the point then? Absolutely ridiculous when 5 employees are just standing around talking.
