Cupbop Korean Bbq - Reservar uma mesa

This is my partner and I's favorite place as of late, specifically for the food. We love this type of cuisine. Inside is a bit bare. There's not a lot of seating and not a lot to look at. We usually bring our food home. If there's one thing to improve on, it would be customer service. The staff are friendly but besides doing their jobs, don't acknowledge you much. Also, actually getting your food takes at least 20 minutes or more every time. Every employee there seems to make the bowls so slow. It irks me sometimes! Regardless, the food makes up for it in our minds.

Standing in line currently. They've been open an hour and 45 minutes, but don't have the items available prepared for service. They are out of Mandoo, Beef, and Krunch chicken. There's one employee working. I feel bad for him. There are hiring signs in the windows, but it's about 80 degrees and humid in the store. Can see why no one wants to work here. It all comes down to poor ownership I'm sure. We decided we don't want to continue to sweat to death while we wait in line another 20 or so minutes to order our food. We're leaving to go somewhere else.

I tried Cupbob for the first time and ordered the combo bop (2 protein and veggies). Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The flavors were bland, very less quantity of proteins and the ingredients seemed underwhelming. It was an okay experience but not something I’d rush to have again On the positive side, the service was friendly and the place was clean. Maybe I’ll give another item a try in the future, but for now, the combo just didn’t impress me.

Re-review now that I've gotten back around to this place. Food quality has gone down slightly. Employee's were fantastic for what they were dealing with. The entire store felt like it was being cooled by the sun facing windows only, seemingly NO AC. It was hot in this barren restaurant. No wonder it's empty in this place.

The food is delicious! The rock bop (fried chicken bites) and the b bop (Korean shaved steak) combo is sooo good! Highly recommend this place and combo #1!! And the Mandoo fried dumplings are delicious too!
