Cupcake Cafe - Reservar mesa

I see there are some negative reviews, which are difficult to understand. My wife and I had lunch there twice while staying in a holiday cottage two minutes ' walk away. The two staff were friendly and efficient and were happy for us to take our dog inside (there are also tables outside if weather is fine). A nice selection of food and more upmarket than we expected. And the slice of carrot cake we had was twice the size you would normally get. Even though we shared it we couldn 't eat it all so they gave us a 'doggy bag ' to take it away. Very decent coffee too. Great little place, needs redecoration, but seems is not being redecorated due to circumstances out of they control, that's what the guy there told me, when I asked. The cakes are brilliant, loads of variety to choose from with an extensive menu of lovely food made in situ. But the best thing is the staff , they are super friendly the owners with her pettycoats and the spanish guy are a great double act, recommend if you take dog for a walk stop by.

Shame really that the guy working there is gone. He was the soul of that place we thought the cafe was his for the way he used to treat the place and the people, always welcoming, friendly, caring for your wellbeing. The place still awful as the deco was good like ten years ago, but place don't move forward stil stuck in the past. Overpriced and the people who work there just seems to make the most of a depressing place.

...if only we lived closer, we would frequent this restaurant regularly. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and their cheese and bacon toasties are delicious. Their cake selection is gorgeous, with plenty of choices to satisfy any sweet tooth. The coffee is also excellent. I highly recommend this place - it's a hidden gem. Reserve uma mesa agora

Yesterday was a fab day and kids loved the park. Weather was gorgeous and it's great having this cafe right next to the park and the food and drinks and ice creams are lovely. Nice staff and a nice atmosphere. So handy to have it right where the park is. Great place. X

Today we had an amazing lunch at this restaurant. We all enjoyed the delicious toasted sandwiches, received a warm greeting, and experienced impeccable service. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The staff at this restaurant are wonderful and they welcome dogs. The tea and coffee were delicious. They even provided water outside for our dog and gave us some dog biscuits as well.

With this place having so many customers, you would think that they would have fair prices, but it's the opposite! Honestly a mess in there as well... 1/5 Reserve uma mesa agora

When I googled the opening hours of this cafe it said 09.30,it finally opened at 10.15. We had a coffee and a slice of cake each,both ok.

Fantastic cakes drinks, including iced coffees hot drinks. Brownies to die for! Lovely relaxing sitting in the park.
