we were recently in savannah about weekning and had a difficult time, a reservation for our part of eight...thank you we found current kitchen. this restaurant is about 15 20 minutes drive, but it is worth it! we arrived and sat immediately. our server was colt, very knowledgeable about all menu points and very friendly. we started with some appetizers, several sushi reels that were very good and calamari! the escaped were just as good. I had cook the fiery chili garlic low country...includes garnel, cancer, sausage, maize on the goat in a phenomenal broth. others had Risotto dishes, the lamb chop special, snapper and meeresbass. everyone has cleaned their teller. we saved room for dessert a...
Ended up here for dinner and am so happy to have come across this gem! The restaurant is beautiful, but the patio is even better with string lights and beautiful palm trees in the background. Our food was excellent- I had the Current Chicken and my husband had the Pad Thai- both were delicious! Our waitress, Marie, made the evening extra special with her incredibly welcoming and friendly service. We live out of town, but definitely will stop back here when we come back to Savannah. Highly recommend for great food and a great atmosphere!
We met friends for dinner, nice place! The motif is trendy and modern. The food was delicious, well prepared, I had the Seabass, and it was melt in your mouth. We also had the red snapper, and the risotto dishes, both were superb. Are weight staff, Jenna, was pleasant, attentive, and cheerful ! She always had a smile for us! She could pass for Anna Hendrick’s sister! We had a lovely dinner! Thanks Current!!
omg! eating is amazing. if they have ever been at madame slenders or cutslaughter, it is very similar (phenomenal,) but here is a little cheaper. great service the vibe is beautiful, the location is really picked up and I love that. I had a few drinks, the bartenders were brilliant with their recommendations. I'm back!
