consistently slow and consistent to melt at least one of the drinks in our order. they can only tell 20 minutes in the car drive thru behind other vehicles just the redheaded at the window they say: "I'm sorry we close to 12 today - that was my last car"! would be great if they had a sign that told the people before they waited. we also have regular errors in our orders. Missed aromen, false size, totally false drink. the only reason why I give two stars is that they are in an area with minimal competition and have lower prices than dieucks. would be helpful to train staff to write ordering on tassen so that they can make the drinks right and don't forget syrups or aromen.

Love most locations however the one in Lakewood needs to learn the smoothie recipes. Some of the best coffee, smoothies, and pastries in the Tacoma/Lacey area.

Clean. Fast and friendly service. Great place to get some work done, chat with a friend, or just sit, sip and relax. Outside tables too.

Prompt and courteous customer service and a very clean establishment. The coffee was very good and it was somewhat hot.
