We ordered 3 chips, a battered sausage, a bottle of Coke, a kebab, and 3 curry sauces for delivery. However, when the order arrived, we discovered that all the chips were missing and the Coke was not included. When we called the restaurant to address the issue, the lady we spoke to was very rude and insisted that we had not ordered the chips, despite our receipt showing otherwise. After multiple calls, we were forced to pay for the chips again. Despite speaking to a man who promised to address our complaint, we have yet to receive any follow-up or apology. We ended up paying twice for the missing chips. This experience has left us so dissatisfied that we are considering reporting the restaur...
