The service was very slow and confused, took mins to get the food and then they messed up the order which meant one member of our party received the food minutes before the rest of us. In the waiting time we had...to go and ask for more drinks and the restaurant wasn't even at full capacity. The food itself wasn't great, the largest sized pizza was quite small so I wouldn't like to see the small size! The knives they gave us were so blunt it made it particularly hard to cut the pizzas. I've had better with cheap pubs.

The only reason why I downloaded this app is to tell you how bad this restaurant was. We waited an hour for drinks (2 drinks= 2 hours) and 2 1/2 hours for food, which wasn't good/ enough. No heads up, no apologies, nothing. Terrible. Worst restaurant experience in my life!

It's a good italian restaurant. The onwer speaks Italian perfect for me. It's not too expensive, being a hotel's restaurant. Service could be improoved. They have a good italian wine. Overall very fine

but very German cuisine. However, lasagne and pizza proved OK and it is obviously convenient for the Best Western. That's the main reason for going there.

Nice place, nice people, nice prices. The food was tasty and the atmosphere was nice. I didn't find anything anointed. That's all.
