according to our opinion, the best Italian in carlsruhe! vater and sohn complement each other perfectly in kitchen and service, which are seasonal, always fresh products and a varied menu on which everyone can find something delicious. very nice also that chef paolino also always offers some more unusual typical Italian dishes. there is also a small outdoor area with some tables which upgrades the space offer. marco makes a very, very good service, you just feel comfortable and well advised with him. we regularly and always like to go!

I have to confess that I have rarely eaten so good and authentic Italian food outside italian.Be it the fish specialties like dorado in salcred or seaweed with fresh perfectly dressed vegetables, the meat dishes such as saltimbocca or piccata milanese or the dreamy ravioli in butter-salbeisauce, the ristorante da the desserts are of course also lonely tip and a better service you can look for in carlsruhe long. again and again an experience always best Italian cuisine. only to recommend.

we are more often to the lunch table at paolino. the menu is always fresh and very well matched. whether pasta, fish or meat - it always fits and tastes like a Mediterranean food. the sohn makes an excellent job and since the patrone is back in the kitchen, everything is best!
