A terrible experience. We were made to wait 30 minutes before we were 'allowed ' to order any food. We repeatedly asked for bread, wine and menus with them eventually supplied with no sense of urgency. We ordered starters, very long time coming, but were nice to eat. Main courses were nearly an hour waiting. All four meals were poor quality. Fresh cod was processed fish 'fingers '. Tuna was not cooked. Fillet steak was tough. Ravioli was bland. We complained and everyone disappeared. We were left to be served by a young lady who was apologetic. However no attempt at customer service by any team members. Fantastic Spanish experience. Be aware, it’s a small kitchen and food is served as it’s ordered, so grab a starter and expect a bit of a wait for mains to come out. Don’t let the wait put you off, the food is worth waiting for. Staff are fantastic, drinks are great, food is amazing, presented well and so tasty. Fish croquettes are out this world, crab tagliatelle is incredible. The staff go the extra mile. We’ve been multiple times and look forward to going again when we are back out in Tenerife.

This is a fabulous little restaurant and the staff, especially Beatrice, were exceptional. We are foodies and can be a bit critical when it comes to food but we couldn't fault this restaurant. I would highly recommend you give it a try and when there ask for Beatrice, she alone is worth a visit !

We have been here twice on our vacation. The food and wine was delicious and the staff was so nice. When we visit Tenerife again, we would definitely come back here as well.

Love this place the food is amazing and so are the staff .cant wait to go again next week .every time ive been it is the same perfect.
