update. Changed from a 3 start to a 1 star. This location can thank Tristian for the lower rating. Beyond lazy. There are three people working inside. WHY? I have no idea because its completely empty inside. It 's probably empty because your paying people to turn away customers.I usually give places 5 stars or 1 star. Typically there is no inbetween. I have been to this location twice. I have recently discovered that this is the last location in Albuquerque tht sells Orange Julius. The first time I went here the girl working was fantastic. She went above and beyond. Did a call in order, super friendly, extremely quick, no issues with processing payment. Second time we went the girl that day...

I was rudely informed by an employee that the only way to do curbside pickup was to order through their app, and she refused to take my order over the phone. On a subsequent visit, another employee also refused my order, even though the drinks we wanted were not available on the app. Despite there being no customers inside the store on both occasions, they still refused to take our orders. It seems that refusing orders may not be in the best interest of the restaurant.

I was greeted with happy faces right away. there were 2 very friendly girls working there. she got a big hurry of like 20 customers and she got it quickly treated.very friendly environment.n good communication skills

Ordered two Chilli cheese dogs with onions to go. No cheese,no onions, Chilli super burnt and dry, looked absolutely disgusting like it was a week old.Train your staff on standards and to follow instructions. Reserve uma mesa agora

Usually no lower than 3 Star…. Today barely a 1. Understaffed by 2 teenagers that are behaving badly….. with half a dozen friends that are drinking SBUX stuff…. place is backed up out the door…..

Bought a small strawberry cheese quake blizzard..it was good but they never mix it to the bottom so mostly only vanilla ice cream near the bottom

The management was unpleasant and the wait time in the car was too long. I would not recommend this restaurant.
