Will never return here! After ordering all my birthday cakes over years from here walked in to get one I ordered … I wasn’t wearing a mask One table in there was unmasked eating I was 10 feet from the employee who refused to get my cake because I didn’t have a mask nor did she have one to offer me … the masks are unconditional and neighboring states don’t require them! Shame on this business.. if they want to enforce and someone doesn’t wear one in offer them one !!! I’m done with this place ! The owner contacted me and appologized but explained that as a small business he is in a tough spot due to the governors mandate..I am from Michigan and there is no mask mandate there..I think Illinois...

I took my kids to DQ today. My son was complaining that I ordered him a small blizzard instead of a medium. The man working made the blizzard in a small cup then dropped it in a medium cup. He announced the medium blizzard was ready to go. He made my son's day and I got a quick laugh. Thanks for being awesome!

What appeared to be the owner/manager was very polite and friendly and provided great service. The young girl that served our ice cream didn't smile or say anything and acted like she was being forced to be there otherwise probably would have been 5 stars.

The girl working was super sweet and personable. I have a 3 and a half year old daughter and she put a song on for her. Ice cream is always good but the customer service here is amazing as well.

I recently Stopped into my local DQ. Had one of the Best Experiences of my Life buying an Ice Cream Treat. JERSEY IS INCREDIBLE. Best service at this Establishment
