This is the dirtiest food place we have ever stepped into!This place is never clean with garbage and blizzard/ice cream be-brie everywhere. They are always way over staffed with miserable people who are always filthy and unprofessional looking and care more about chatting to each other than carrying out even the slightest bit of customer service. The place is never clean!Today however was the icing on the cake!The lady making our blizzards was too busy chatting and took so long to make them they were melted by the time we got them. The restaurant is always busy with a line-up, but the food is great. The service can be a bit lacking, as the staff don't seem to smile much. They also don't appear to communicate or smile at each other or the customers. A positive attitude would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

This DQ is always bustling with customers. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is always fresh. The building is clean, but the sitting area feels a bit outdated. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I went here during summer so maybe that's why it was very crowded. Staff looks tired and provides very little effort to assist customer. It's also the only ice cream place in the area.Food: 4/5
